How to order SEE and KNOW Materials

You may choose to order by email. Copy the order blank, fill in the numbers and send to order@seeandknow.com.

You may choose to order by snail mail. Print the order blank, then write in your name information and numbers and send to: DLW Publishing, Box 1111, Cleburne, TX. 76033 Or, you may choose to copy the order blank from the website to your word processor, fill it out and send to DLW Publishing, Box 1111, Cleburne, TX 76033

You may choose to order by phone. Have your information ready, and call 817-774-9605. Some prefer this method because of questions they may have.

	We prefer to bill you for materials. We are not prepared to accept credit cards.
	An invoice will be enclosed with your order. A statement will be sent in a separate envelope at the time of your order. You should pay from the statement.
	Texas state sales taxes will be added to orders from individuals in Texas. Sales taxes will not be added to churches in Texas or to individuals or churches in other states or nations.
	People who order from other countries should obtain a check or money order negotiable in the US. Your bank should be able to do this. This should be done after the materials and statement reach you. Send to: DLW Publishing, Box 1111, Cleburne, TX 76033 USA.
